we ask that potential partners review the following general requirements and considerations
A dedicated, spacious room or area suitable for guest seating, service flow, and varying entertainment.
Flexibility and communication depending on venue rules (food-only, drinks-only, or merch/experience-focused setups)
comped staff badges are required to allow us to operate and staff the café appropriately.
If you would like performances at your event, space for a dedicated performance area or stage with Access to Basic AV tech; Speakers, microphones, projector screens, etc.
We are highly adaptable and can scale our setup based on event size, schedule, and venue requirements!
