Let’s Work Together
Sweet Abyss Maid Café partners with conventions, venues, restaurants, and event organizers to create immersive maid café experiences, pop-ups, and performances. To ensure the best possible experience for guests and staff, we ask that potential partners review the following general requirements and considerations.
Space & Setup
A dedicated, spacious room or area suitable for guest seating, service flow, and staff movement
Adequate space for food and drink service, merch sales, and guest interaction
Access to basic utilities as needed (power, water, waste disposal, etc.)
Food & Beverage
Ability to serve food and/or drinks on-site, either through our menu or in collaboration with an existing kitchen
Compliance with local health and venue regulations
Flexibility depending on venue rules (food-only, drinks-only, or merch/experience-focused setups)
Staffing & Badges
For convention-based events, comped staff badges are strongly preferred to allow us to staff the café appropriately
In cases where badges are not comped, staffing capacity may be limited and discussed in advance
Performances & Programming (Optional)
Space for stage or performance areas for K-pop/J-pop choreography, idol programming, or interactive segments
Access to AV support if performances are included
Collaboration & Flexibility
We are highly adaptable and can scale our setup based on event size, schedule, and venue constraints
Options range from full maid café activations to limited pop-ups, merch-focused setups, or performance-only features
If you’re interested in collaborating with Sweet Abyss Maid Café, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out with details about your event, venue, timeline, and any specific requirements, and we’ll work together to determine the best fit.
