Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a Sweet Abyss Maid Cafe event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Sweet Abyss. Tickets are valid only for the specific date, time, and session listed at the time of purchase, and entry is only permitted with proof of ticket purchase. Sweet Abyss reserves the right to deny entry to any guest with an altered or resold ticket.

Each ticket is valid for one hour of service. Guests are welcome to stay for a shorter time or a little over, but seating is limited. If a guest has exceeded their time and is not placing additional orders, staff may politely ask them to vacate their seat so other guests may be served. This is to ensure that everyone has a chance to enjoy the experience.

Our daytime events are all-ages unless otherwise noted. Evening or late-night events may be restricted to 18+ or 21+ depending on the venue and theme.

We expect all guests to treat our maids, staff, and other attendees with kindness and respect. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unwanted physical contact will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. Guests are asked to treat all decor, props, and furniture with care. Any guest who causes disruption or damage may be asked to leave.

You are welcome to take photos of your personal experience. By entering the event space, you consent to being photographed or recorded by Sweet Abyss Maid Cafe, LLC. We may use photos or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes on social media, our website, or other marketing platforms.

Food and drink items may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, gluten, soy, or nuts. While we do our best to provide ingredient information, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with food allergies are encouraged to ask staff before consuming any items. Outside food or drinks are not permitted unless for medical reasons.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of delays, rescheduling, or venue changes, we will notify guests using the email provided at checkout. Sweet Abyss is not responsible for guest no-shows or late arrivals. Missed entry times cannot be credited or exchanged for future events.

We strive to make our events accessible. If you have specific mobility or sensory needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Sweet Abyss Maid Cafe, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for any injuries sustained while attending the event. Guests attend at their own risk.
